Refresh Your Relationship with these Surprise Date Ideas

Find yourself bored and feeling uninspired? It's no lie that a fun and exciting surprise date has the potential to spruce up your otherwise, predictable and routine relationship pronto. Check out our ideas below for a guaranteed relationship refresher. Remember to check in monthly for our "Love Life" cues to keep you and your mate satisfied and enthused.
1. Express your love on a canvas together. Why not try out your artistic capabilities as one? Visit your local art store and select the colors, materials, and processes you'll use, it'll be fun to shop together, I promise! Toss on one of his old t-shirts, and prepare to have a blast!
2. Blindfold him. Drive him to an unknown local for a scrumptious dinner, dessert, and drinks, on you. Check out a new and local music hot spot and heat up the dance floor with some saucy new dance moves. (Bustamove.com has great salsa lessons, free, fast, and fun!)
3. Show him how much you care. Express your passion for your man with an unconventional approach. Whether it be a sweet serenade, exotic salsa lessons for two, or a poetry session where you gush your heart out to him; most importantly, make it personal, make it passionate, and make him melt.
4. Do something he LOVES, without him asking. Whether it be two tickets to his favorite sports team, a jaunt to his favorite Irish Pub, or a night of shooting hoops and competitive arcade games. Surprise him with a night full of his favorite "guy" things.
5. Enlighten him. Two tickets to the international composer that's in town, followed by an array of specialty desserts and a refreshing Sangria (equipped with fresh peach and strawberry slices). Definitely a night to remember. Many opera and symphony halls offer free or low-cost informational courses pre-show; affordable, educational, and inspiring, definitely a do.
